You can have up to four live codes at once, sharing one quota. If you lose one, request again with the same email and you get an extra code — the devices you already set up keep working. Past four, the oldest code stops working. Each code is valid for 30 days; we email you a week before it expires — request a new one with the same email then.
Where your data goes: audio goes straight to the speech provider and does not pass through our servers; transcripts are forwarded through our server to the model provider and are not stored by us; meeting archives stay on your own device. Details in the privacy policy.
